Terms and Conditions

Exchange of any unused with tags or defective products should be returned and must be in the original packaging within 7 Days of the order shipment date. 

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Items that have been used cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

How to Make an Online Return

  1. Email us at info@lalele.ae with your order number 
  2. Re-pack the item with the labels and tags still attached ready for your collection.
  3. Items will be collected within 1-3 working days.

 

Online Returns & Exchange Policy for UAE Customers

  • For Online Card Payments there are 7 days full refund policy.
  • For Cash Payments on Delivery are Credit Refund only.
  • Items must be returned in a sellable condition - unworn and tags attached  PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify and can be refused. 
  • Card refunds take 7-14 days refunded back to the same card used during the transaction. 
  • Refunds are processed once the item(s) are received back to us. 
  • We offer one free exchange to UAE customers if you are changing the size only, please send us an email to confirm your size and arrange an exchange info@lalele.ae

 

Returns for GCC Customers

  • Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Please email info@lalele.ae to request a refund, we will provide the address.
  • International returns are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged (please email us so we can try to help you find the easiest and most cost-effective way of returning). 
  • Please make sure to send your return using tracked delivery and then notify us of the tracking information.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged if sent without using a tracked courier service.
